Sharing Your Breast Adventure With Your Husband

When I decided to have fuller breasts - to make them larger, I realized I had another decision to make: Should I tell my husband what I was going to do?

First, to tell him that I was going to naturally enlarge my breasts, would that be like an admission that there was something wrong with me? But I love my body, it is just that I wanted more... just as an athlete would strive to be better.

And then there was the chance that if I changed, he would not love me anymore. That does sound crazy, everyone knows that men love bigger breasts. But what about all the times he told me how much he loves how I look?

But then, my body is my own to do with it what I want. We have all struggled with women being a possession. And there are too many places on this planet where women are still thought of and treated as property. My body is mine and if I want to have bigger breasts than my husband will have to accept that...

I had many different thoughts before I told him what I was going to do. Being married and being in love means sharing for me. Even such private things as changing my breasts.

He was very supportive, but stayed out of my way. This was my project and whatever happened he would love the results.

And he does love my now C cup size breasts. More than the A Cups? I have decided not to go there...

Have you shared your thoughts about breast enlargement with your husband or significant other? Post your comments here.

Phytoestrogens - What Are They?

If you are a women with small breasts or whose breasts are beginning to sag - you have no doubt begun thinking about enlarging your breasts or firming them up. Perhaps, you have seen ads about breast creams and or breast enlargement pills.

What is in those products? Women can enlarge their breasts, naturally, through the use of creams and supplements that contain phytoestrogens.

Phytoestrogens are a group of chemicals present in various plant foods that have a weak, but effective estrogen-like effects. Phyto stands for plant and estrogen, of course, is the main female hormone.

Phytoestrogens are present in grains, legumes, grasses, herbs, nuts and a variety of fruits and vegetables. Phytoestrogens are weaker than endogenous (made by your body) estrogen which means they do not bind as well to hormone receptors and are quickly excreted or broken down into other compounds - they do not accumulate in body tissue.

Concentrated extracts are made from plants that have the highest concentration of phytoestrogens. These extracts are placed into supplements or are added to breast creams.

Various phytoestrogens effect the body is various ways: Some, like saw palmetto, reduce the amount of testosterone in the body which makes the other phytoestrogens more effective. Others, like fenugreek, instruct the breasts to start growing, again. Several different phytoestrogens are usually taken together to work synergistically to help the breasts enlarge.

There maybe some other effects, when these supplements are taken, such as easier periods and brighter moods. But they do not cause you to gain weight, anywhere, but where you want it - in your breasts.

Ever notice how busty the women from Germany seem to be? Germany is a beer drinking country - and hops, a major ingredient in beer, is a breast enlarging phytoestrogen!

Of course, I am not saying you should start drinking a lot of beer - but you can take hops as a supplement...

Much of what I have learned about phytoestrogens and how to use them can be found in the Breast Enlargement Guide Book, Flat To Fab.

Natural Breast Enlargement

Too many women have turned to surgical procedures to enlarge their breasts when they don't have to. Their bodies are capable of growing larger breasts, it they ask it to by using natural herbal supplements.

These plant products are called phytoestrogens. When taken as supplements or used in a breast cream, phytoestrogens mimic the effects of estrogen during puberty - causing renewed growth in women's breasts!

I, know this to be true as I went from a small A sized cup to a full C cup size in a little over 6 months using natural products. This blog will be about my experiences and hopefully other women will share their experiences as well.
