Detox Your Body For Naturally Larger Breasts

What I didn't know when I decided to use natural herbal supplements to enlarge my breasts was that I was going to learn about being healthier, too.

I am very happy about my C Cup sized breasts, but I am also happier about my healthier lifestyle. One thing I learned in my research, is that it is a good idea to detoxify your body body of excess toxins and hormones before you start on a natural breast enlargement program.

Why? Because in today's toxin ridden world, most of us have bodies like dumpsters and this can DEFINITELY impact your results and slow down your breast growth. These toxins are in the air we breath, the water we drink and bath in, as well as the foods we eat.

The worst culprits are environmental toxins that act like hormones (called xenoestrogens).

Hormonal toxins are a problem because breast enlargement is stimulated by a precise blend of hormones. These toxins disrupt the hormonal balance in your body, making it a lot harder to trigger breast enlargement. Once they are in our bodies they can block cell receptors and keep our natural hormones and the phytoestrogens in our herbal supplements from working.

Fortunately, there IS a solution...

Do a detox before getting started with natural breast enlargement! (If you've already started, you can do the detox at any time.)

An excellent "detox tool" is milk thistle. Milk thistle is a detox herb especially useful for cleansing the liver. Since hormones are processed by the liver, a strong, clean liver is essential.

You can find milk thistle capsules in most health food stores. Take milk thistle for 1-2 weeks, following the instructions on the label. The more you can clean up your lifestyle, the more your breasts will grow! You will also be healthier in general.
